As part of our customer service commitment, our obligation free assessment will provide you with a detailed treatment plan and all the information you need to know to rid your home of any termite or white ant problem.
We will tailor a treatment plan that is best for you and your circumstance and explain why we have made these recommendations so you can trust in the methods and techniques we employ.
Note: A FREE termite assessment is not the same as a comprehensive termite inspection. If the request for a termite assessment turns out not to be termite related, then we will provide a Pest ID for which a service charge may apply.
Am I Eligible For A Free Assessment?
You qualify for a free assessment if you:
- Have discovered active termites.
- Have uncovered termite damage.
- Want to consider a preventative termite treatment to protect your home.
- Are located between Palm Cove and Edmonton. A travel fee may apply for areas outside these zones.
If you have found termites in your home or property or have a genuine enquiry about termite prevention, Optimum Pest Services offers you a free termite assessment (not an inspection) – at no cost to you.
What If I’m Not Sure If I Have Termites?
If you’re not sure whether the insects you are seeing or the damage you’ve found is due to termites, please call our office. We can discuss your issue to try and understand your problem.
Please note: the area of concern should not be disturbed in order to provide photos, as this can disturb any insects making them more difficult to identify and treat.
